I am a Master’s degree candidate with Bastyr University. I offer person-centered, holistic therapy that emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. My approach is rooted in feminist therapy, attachment theory, and existential therapy.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. This social justice lens informs her therapeutic approach, which recognizes the realities of systemic oppression– and the possibilities for liberation.
My therapeutic practice is queer-, poly-, and kink-positive. I offer a welcoming, accepting space for your whole self, and your complex identities. I invite you to bring to the therapeutic space any aspect of yourself that you wish to, including your spiritual life, your embodied experience, and/or any other aspect of your lived experience. Together, we can explore in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and attuned space, to walk toward greater self-knowledge, possibility, and freedom.
Fun Facts: I love reading and writing young adult fiction. I also collect tarot decks.
