Meet Lily.

Individual & Couples Therapist

Washington State

Telehealth only

Hi, I'm Lily (she/her)

I am an individual and relational therapist with a passion for helping folks find greater ease, possibility, and liberation in their lives. Life and relationships are not one-size-fits-all; I help my clients to discover their own authentic truths and desires in the realms of sexuality, relationships, identity, work, creativity, spirituality, and more. I support my clients— individuals, couples, and polycules— in finding their own unique joy, fulfillment, and authentic path.

I offer person-centered, holistic therapy that emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. My approach is rooted in feminist therapy, attachment theory, and existential therapy. My therapeutic practice is queer-, poly-, and kink-positive, educated, and affirming.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. This social justice lens informs my therapeutic approach, which recognizes the realities of systemic oppression– and the possibilities for liberation.

The therapeutic space should allow you to feel seen, known, and understood. I offer a welcoming, accepting space for your whole self, your varied life experiences, and your complex identities. Together, we can explore in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and attuned space, to walk together toward greater self-knowledge, possibility, and freedom.

Fun Facts: I love reading and writing young adult fiction. I also collect tarot decks.
