I am a relational and individual therapist utilizing Narrative Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy to help clients understand their stories, history of trauma, and how we make meaning.
As a systems thinker, I believe we all exist in context to the relationships around us. Our relationships to self, loved ones, community, and culture all change as we process new information. I believe therapy is a co-created space tailored to the goals of the client. I welcome people of all identities, relationship structures, races, genders, abilities, sizes, and sexualities. My goal is to help guide your exploration through reflection, curiosity, a little humor.
I work with individuals, couples, poly relationships, and the LGBTQQIA+ community.

Natalie loves LEGOs, music, reality tv, and a good mind puzzle.
