Meet Eli.

Individual & Couples Therapist

Washington State

Telehealth & In Person Available in Downtown Kirkland

Hi, I'm Eli (they/she)

I am a relational therapist who wants to aid you in your journey to becoming your most authentic self. I hold a Bachelor's from Western Washington University and a Master's from Antioch University Seattle with a specialization in Creative Arts Therapy and Sex Therapy.

I strive to help clients in destigmatizing pleasure and build stronger communication skills within themselves and others. I hope is to create a safe, non-judgmental space with a person-centered approach, to challenge and meet the goals of therapy. For those participating in therapy, engaging in the art making process will always be an invitation and clients can always state they do not wish to participate in that form of treatment.

I offer a variety of modalities and services depending on the client’s needs:

  • Creative Arts Therapy
  • Attachment Therapy
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Narrative Therapy

I work with teens, individuals, couples, poly relationships, the LGBTQQIA+ community.

I am a white, queer, non-binary femme (They/she). I am neurodiverse, able bodied, middle class, and raised with two different faiths. I am living on occupied Coast Salish and Duwamish Land. These are the identities I bring into the therapeutic space.

Fun facts: When not engaging in therapy, you can find me tangled in yarn with my two cats, who are named Time & Space. I loves being outdoors, hiking, art, reading, cooking & baking, and the thrill of travel.
