Meet Claire.

Sex Therapist

Washington State

Telehealth only

Hi, I'm Claire (she/they)

I am a Master’s degree candidate, with a focus on sex therapy.

I believe that our ability to live pleasurably as our most authentic selves, and the health of our relationships are vital components of our overall quality of life. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment for you that is kind and compassionate enough to allow for open, honest, and respectful communication to explore your inner life. In therapy, I will collaborate with you to attend to your bio-psycho-social-sexual self and hold space for all your identities as we navigate your therapy work.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I prefer to integrate modalities depending on client goals and needs. You are the expert of your life, and my role is to walk with you. I am a student of Intersectionality, and Queer and Feminist Theory. My work is rooted in Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Integrative Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. Decolonizing, anti-racist, and trauma-informed approaches are integral to my practice and will be lifelong works in progress.

P.S. I’m really glad you’re here.

Fun Facts: I identify as a queer “más o menos” Latine non-binary femme. I am also neurodivergent, middle-class, and temporarily able-bodied. I think human beings are really cool, complicated, and resilient. Outside of practicing therapy, I like to read, dance, bake, make lists, tend to my houseplants, practice Spanish, plan trips, and start arts and craft projects. I am also a huge fan of TikTok.
