Dungeon Crawlin' Couples

About Dungeon Crawlin’ Couples

Life has a not-so-funny way of eroding the things that made your relationship feel alive. Between work deadlines, kids, chores, and the endless logistics of adulthood, connection gets replaced by scheduling, communication turns into logistics, and play? Well that often disappears altogether. Most couples don’t notice it happening until they feel more like roommates or co-managers of a household than partners.

Dungeon Crawlin’ Couples is a therapeutic group that uses collaborative role-playing and tabletop adventures to help you reconnect. Facing dungeons, puzzles, and moral dilemmas together (instead of just to-do lists) gives you a low-stakes, imaginative space to practice the skills that everyday life crowds out. Each week’s adventure is designed with therapeutic intention, guiding you through encounters that mirror real relational dynamics. Each week, you’ll walk away with more than a fun story! You will have practiced really listening to each other, working through conflict as a team, taking risks together, and (most importantly!) having fun together.

Adventures are better when you face them together!

No gaming experience necessary. Whether you’ve never rolled a D20 or you’re a longtime TTRPG fan, this group meets you where you are.
