As a mother of two daughters, I understand many of the joys and complexities of family life. My interests are parenting, caregiver and neurodivergent burnout, and the unique dynamics of neurodiverse families. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that honors your strengths while creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and families.
My spiritual beliefs are influenced by Buddhism and Hinduism. While I do not bring my spiritual beliefs into the therapy room, they inform my commitment to compassion, mindfulness, and the understanding that we are deeply interconnected—with one another, our communities, and the world around us.

Kim brings a listening ear and so much wisdom as she counsels. You can dump your stuff and she’s not phased by it. She’s a great partner in the healing process. We could all use another counseling session with Kim!
