Meet Sam.

Hi, I'm Sam (she/her)

Regardless of what brought you here—all of you is welcome.

Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, shame around sexuality, cultural disconnection, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve a space that honors your full humanity.

I support individuals and couples in exploring intimacy, communication, desire, identity, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape our relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—within ourselves, with others, and through the body’s own wisdom.

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and relational approaches, along with polyvagal-informed frameworks, to explore how early relationships, nervous system patterns, and lived experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

As a Filipino-American, I hold a liberation-centered lens—meaning I’m mindful of how culture, identity, and systemic stressors shape our emotional lives. I aim to support clients in reclaiming space, voice, and joy in ways that feel authentic and nourishing.

I offer a sex-positive, affirming, and culturally responsive space, welcoming clients from all walks of life, with a strong commitment to serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My intention is to co-create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, collaborative, and expansive.

You don’t need to come with all the answers—all you need is to come as you are. I'm here to walk alongside you as you move toward deeper connection, embodiment, and freedom.

Fun fact: I’m a Level II Reiki practitioner and a registered yoga instructor. Outside of therapy you can find me telling my plants they’re beautiful, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying quality time with my loved ones.
