Meet Kristy.

Individual & Couples Therapist

Washington State

Telehealth only

Hi, I'm Kristy (she/her)

I am a master’s degree candidate with Antioch University Seattle.

Attending therapy can help bring peace, catharsis, and comfort to life. Asking for help takes bravery. While your personal experience is unique, you are not alone in receiving support. I’m happy you're here!

Coming from a background of creative storytelling, I understand you as the main character. Sometimes you may be experiencing hardships, relationship difficulties, struggles with the self, and/or transitions that might leave you feeling like you aren’t in control of the story you call life. That is where I can help collaborate with you on your healing journey. I find that thoughtful, curious questions and creating a sense of safety and security help promote growth and healing. Let’s allow this main character energy to shine!

The hope or goal of therapy is distinctive to each individual – but they may look like the following:

  • Creating a safe and non-judgmental space to grow and explore
  • Assisting in processing healing, reflection, and change
  • Encouraging you to both examine and live your story
  • Promoting more delight and joy in daily life
  • Understanding intent vs. impact for yourself and the systems around you

I offer a variety of modalities and services depending on client needs. Some modalities may include:

  • Narrative Therapy
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Relaxation, Meditation, and Mindfulness

Fun Facts: I identify as a white, cis-gendered millennial woman who practices body positivity. I am a pro-equality, anti-racist, social justice-driven therapist.
